LC Gymnastics earned two conference wins over Portage and Michigan City last night. Winning 1st in the all-around and the floor exercise was Gabi Arroyo. Kailynn Paat took second in the all-around and 1st in the balance beam. Other top finishers were Emily Bishop, Gabby Robbins, Sophia Rodriguez, and Marina Negrete. The Indians have put together strong performances in the last 3 competitions and are now in sole possession of second place in the conference with a 4-1 record. The Indians will travel to Lowell on Thursday before resuming the conference slate at home against Chesterton next Tuesday. Team scores: Lake Central: 104.775 Portage: 103.725 Michigan City: 93.75
