Basketball Beats SBW on the Road/Enyeart Breaks LC Rebound Record

Basketball Picks up Hard Fought Road win Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 F LC 16 19 20 18 73 SBW 12 13 25 16 66 LC returned to its winning ways at South Bend Washington (4-16) on Monday, defeating the host Panthers 73-66. The Indians are now 11-10 overall and will wrap up regular season play on Friday at McCutcheon in Lafayette. Noah Enyeart led LC in this one pouring in 26 points and grabbing a career high, and school record, 22 rebounds. Enyeart also had 5 assists (lead LC in all categories). David Aguilera went 3-4 from three and scored 12; he dished out 4 assist. Christian Martinez added 22 points on 4-6 three point shooting. Jakob Billmeyer added 8 points. Lake Central drew Hammond Morton in the IHSAA Sectional opener at Crown Point. The Indians and Governors will square off on Tuesday 3/3 at 6 PM. The winner is set to face Munster in Friday's second semi-final.
