The Lake Central boys volleyball team is off to a dominant start, opening the season 9-0 overall and a perfect 6-0 in the Duneland Athletic Conference. The Indians continued their undefeated run in DAC play with a strong sweep of LaPorte, winning 25-8, 25-15, and 25-10, while the JV squad stayed hot with a 2-0 victory over the Slicers. Lake Central was powered by Danny Smith’s 10 kills, Nelko Dragulski’s 17 assists, and Juan Flore’s 17 digs, showcasing a balanced and relentless team effort on both sides of the net. The Indians will host Boone Grove on Wednesday: This is a rematch of last year's IHSAA Regional Championship. The varsity first serve will take place at 5 PM.
