Lake Centrap 10 Hobart 0 Winning Pitcher: Maddie Such Tegan Tripp 2-run HR Maddie Such was dominant in her 6-inning complete game allowing just one ground ball single: Such struck out 15 Brickie batters. The Indians offense was well-rounded scattering 12 hits and scoring 10 runs. The top of the lineup was clutch. MaKayla Van Vosse had 2 hits and scored 3 runs from the leadoff slot. Madi Wainright pounded 3 hits and drove in a run in the 2-hole. Lexi Iwema added 2 hits, scored 2 runs, and drove in 1 run. At cleanup, Tegan Tripp added a monster 2-run homerun. Tripp also scored two runs. Such helped her own cause with a 2-RBI triple in the first. Emma Wilkins added an RBI single off the left center field wall, and Kaitlyn Strieler was welcomed back into the lineup with a laser shot single and a run. LC will play Penn in the final eight at 10 am cst at Lafayette Harrison to advance to the Final Four.
