Varsity vs Munster High School (3 - 1) Win Lake Central moved to 14-3 on the season with their sectional semi-final victory over rival Munster at Highland. This avenged a home loss earlier in the season to the Mustangs. The Indians scored first and early and never looked back. The first goal came from senior Michael Miljevic on a Tyler Onik assist. Later in the half Craig Rusin scored on a penalty kick. Miller Knestrict rounded out the scoring on a Jackson McCabe assist.. The lone Mustang goal came via PK. Lake Central will look to go for back-to-back sectional championships on Saturday at 2 PM at Highland against the Hammond Central Wolves.
