**Boys' Soccer Defeats Michigan City at Home JV--LC 5 Michigan City 1 Varsity--LC 9 Michigan City 0 In the JV blue match, LC won 5-1 in one half of play. Evan Lazaroff scored 2 goals and added an assist to lead the Indians. Luka Rutovic, Eric Picazzo, and Aiden Heise each contributed a goal. Weston Janota, Eli Butera, and Niko Sparavalo added assists for Lake Central. The varsity team extended their winning streak to 3 games. They're now 3-1 overall and 2-0 in the DAC. Ethan Tarry found the back of the net 4 times, and he added an assist in the 9-0 win. The duo of Connor Billmeyer and Rowan Lolkema combined for the shutout behind goal. The Indians head south tomorrow to play in the Indiana-Kentucky Challenge. LC will play Trinity HS out of Louisville and McCracken County.
