Lake Central High School

The Lake Central baseball team defeated the host Munster Mustangs 7-1 in the quarterfinals, then DAC foe Merrillville 10-0 in the semi-finals. They went on to knock off the Hobart Brickies 4-0 to earn their 3rd straight Sectional Championship. LC will play at the Gary Railcats Steelyard at approximately 1:30 on Saturday against Chesterton, a team they split with this season. Kate Renschen was also named the DAC MVP.
