Lake Central High School

The Duneland Athletic Conference released the Boys' and Girls' All-Conference Teams. Emma Reyes was awarded the MVP of the field events as she was crowned DAC Champion in both the shot put and discus. Anastasia Thompson earned All-DAC for winning the 100M hurdles, and Macey Thompson was victorious in the 800M. The girls finished 2nd as a team in the DAC. Charlie Newton was the lone boy to make the All-DAC team, an honor he earned by medaling in the state meet (6th place overall). The boys finished 6th in the conference.
