The All-American Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year Award program recognizes those collegiate and high school athletes whose athletic accomplishments reflect their dedication to strength training and conditioning. The National Strength and Conditioning Association recognizes an exclusive group of athletes each year. This year Lake Central had 3 individuals named an All-American: Ryder Fernandez (football), Jake Figg (baseball), and Drew Kosteba (baseball). Fernandez was 1 of 26 football players to earn All-American status. Figg and Kosteba made up 2 of the 14 baseball All-Americans.
