Senior right handed pitcher Josh Flores was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 4th round of the 2025 Major League Baseball draft yesterday. Flores was the 125th pick and the highest drafted player in Lake Central baseball history. This was the third consecutive year the Brew Crew picked a Lake Central Indian. Middle infielder Josh Adamczewski was selected in the 2023 draft, and RHP Griffin Tobias was selected in the 2024 draft (Tobias was recently promoted to Low-A from the Arizona Complex League).
