Lake Central High School

Girls' Golf Regional @ Sandy Pines GC Lake Central joined 14 other schools and 15 individual golfers in the IHSAA Regional at Sandy Pines Golf Club. The Lady Indians, for the first time in school history, won back-to-back regional championships. LC shot a 332. The next closest team was South Bend St. Joseph (341). Lake Central advanced to the IHSAA State Finals and will play Friday and Saturday at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel. Allie Huppenthal led LC with a 75; Piper Urbanski shot an 83, and Maya Parks and Alex Schilling both shot 87s to round out the scoring for Lake Central.
