The girls were victorious 20-13 in a great match-up between two dynamic teams. The Indians defense led the way in this one: The Indians snared 5 interceptions. Parker Reddick had 3 of the interceptions and Emma Myszak the other 2. Myszak took both to the house, including a 73 yard INT. The offense was stymied a bit in this one. LC only had 86 total yards. The quarterback duo of Anna Dobricky and Ana Koulianos passed for 75 yards. Dobricky added a touchdown pass to Myszak. LC returns home on Monday for a double-dip against the Valparaiso Vikings and Hanover Central Wildcats. **Girls' Soccer Falls to Crown Point DAC foes Lake Central and Crown Point had a war on the soccer field last night, with the visiting Bulldogs prevailing 2-1. Crown Point went ahead early and took a 1-0 lead into the half. With just over 11 minutes remaining Payton Silvas found the back of the net to tie the match. Shortly after, Crown Point punched in another goal and that proved to be enough. LC is now 0-1 in the early DAC season. LC will host Michigan City on Tuesday and try to right the ship. **Girls' Volleyball Loses at Chesterton The Indians ran into a buzzsaw last night and dropped 3 straight sets to the Chesterton Trojans.
